Okay, normally I'm not a big Melodic Death fan. I think the genre is replete with people too busy trying to copy In Flames or Dark Tranquillity to be creative and original. However, this is an amazing album. It's technically complex, beautifully orchestrated as an album, rather than a group of individual songs.
I can't stop listening to this album, the title track itself is mind blowing, starting off with a violin solo and then kicking up the metal. The creativity is here, the musicianship is here, the talent is here. This album is simply astounding.Listen to it all the way through and then listen again, you'll pick up new things each time.
